Chef Luke Petruzzella grew up surrounded by quality homemade food. After forgoing a career in economics, he pursued his passion for the culinary arts at Niagara College. His training was furthered by experience at some of Ontario’s finest restaurants, including Twisted Lemon, Ancaster Old Mill, Oban Inn and others. Now, Luke is proud to be sharing his talents in the kitchen of Edgewater Manor. He looks forward to exceeding your expectations soon!
